This notice explains how 850 Accounting Solutions handles information provided through the Free Business Financial Health Assessment.
Your choices
Contact information and acknowledgment of this privacy policy are required before starting the assessment. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Your contact details and assessment answers are submitted to 850 Accounting Solutions when you complete all 10 questions and request your results. If you leave before completing the assessment, your contact details and answers are not saved to the firm’s assessment lead records.
Information you choose to submit
If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, industry, any optional phone number and employee estimate, your assessment answers, score, category, suggested service tier, submission date and time, privacy acknowledgment, and marketing consent choice.
How we use and protect information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry and discuss relevant accounting support. Assessment submissions are stored in a private database through ChatGPT Sites, with lead viewing restricted to the business owner. Wix hosts the main website. The assessment service validates submissions and provides spam protection. Do not submit financial documents, account numbers, passwords, or other credentials.
Marketing is optional
The marketing checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. You can start the assessment and receive your results without opting into marketing communications. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
The website and its service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. The assessment uses Inter fonts supplied through Google Fonts. Browser and network requests may provide technical data to these providers.
